With all my heart, I love us.

As we move into the final phase of your adolecense I am acutely aware that there is prescious little time left for us to be as we are today.   Soon, you will take the reins and fully embark upon your own individual journeys into this world; and though I have loved all of the many ages and stages, I believe these teenage years are the time I’ve liked best.   So now I begin the bittersweet transition of letting you go, and humbly watch two fully-formed, intelligent, level-headed goofballs step forward.  Remember, you are good.  Be good and do good, always.

I am forever grateful to have been your mom.  It has been the greatest joy of my life.
